This is the third time I've headed out to KURAMA. It is a small town tucked into the mountains outside Kyoto. It's been the third time I've been out there. There have been a lot of things that have stayed the same. There is still the big huge mama tree...

The gnarled roots on the mountain top...

The bumble bees in the flowers...

The foreginer who is standing too close to my camera...

Alas, a lot of things have changed as wel. There used to be a rickety old train athat took uou up to the mountin town. Alas, it has been replaced by a slick cost efficent Disney-land-esq tram car. And the paths are no longer dirt. They are steped with blocks and have a saftey rain. You know the world is falling down when they put in a saftey rain at your local park.

But just to leave you with one final immage just to let you know everything is going to be alright...
